Your Role
As Expansion Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for launching new Voyfai branches across Europe. This includes both entering new markets and expanding within markets where Voyfai already operates.
Unlike traditional market entry roles focused on customer acquisition, Voyfai partners with experienced local freight forwarding teams that already bring strong commercial networks. Your role is to set up the operational foundation that allows these teams to succeed within the Voyfai ecosystem.
You will lead the market launch process end-to-end, including legal setup, operational structure, system implementation, and rollout of Voyfai’s technology and processes.
You will work closely with central teams across product, engineering, finance, and operations to ensure every new branch launches smoothly and becomes fully integrated into Voyfai’s platform.
What You Will Do
Lead the setup of new Voyfai branches together with local freight forwarding partners, ensuring the entity is ready to operate and onboard customers.
Work with external legal partners and internal stakeholders to establish the local legal entity and ensure all required documentation and compliance requirements are in place.
Roll out Voyfai’s Transportation Management System (TMS) and AI-enabled tools, ensuring the local team is fully operational within the Voyfai ecosystem.
Coordinate the setup of insurance, banking, employment contracts, and operational processes required for the new entity to function.
Train and support local teams on Voyfai’s systems, workflows, and operational standards.
Act as the bridge between the local branch and Voyfai’s central teams to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing integration.
Travel to branches locations (typically 8-12 days per month)
What You Bring
Several years of professional experience in operations, business building, or expansion roles
Experience launching new products, services, teams, or operational units
Strong project management and execution skills
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across legal, finance, product, and operations
A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in fast-moving environments
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Bonus if you have:
experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
