Our core team mission in the Playable Ads team is to create engaging and interactive advertising experiences that captivate audiences and drive conversions. We work with playable developers, coordinators, creative strategists, and AI teams to turn a game into a high-performing HTML interactive ad experience.
Role
We are looking for a Playable Ads AI Engineer to help create the next generation of playable ads. You will combine strong playable development skills with applied AI expertise to build, modify, and scale interactive ads more efficiently.
Convert existing games into playable ads using Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant technologies
Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models capable of generating or modifying playable ads
Develop AI workflows to iterate on gameplay logic, UI, visuals, difficulty, pacing, and end cards
Collaborate with creative, growth, data, and engineering teams to improve production pipelines and scale playable creation
Benchmark the market, test new ideas, and develop a strong understanding of what makes a playable ad perform
Strong experience in playable ads development, Unity projects, game development, or creative technology
Experience creating playable ads with Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Three.js, Phaser, or similar tools
Hands-on experience with AI model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, AI-assisted code generation, or generative AI workflows
Good understanding of object-oriented programming, interactive ad constraints, and mobile gaming performance drivers
Creative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to bridge gameplay, technology, and AI topics
Fluent in English, both oral and written
At least 3+ years of experience in playable ads development, Unity game development, AI engineering, or a similar role
Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, MRAID, playable packaging, or ad network specifications is a plus
