Join our Global Business Services team in Budapest and take part in managing payment operations across Europe and Asia.
What you’ll do:

Coordinate daily workload and support the team
-
Oversee wire and bank transfer payments across Europe
-
Process manual payments (Citibank, JP Morgan, DB, IT2)
-
Ensure timely execution of critical payments
-
Monitor rejected payments and handle escalations
-
Perform weekly payment reconciliations (SAP vs bank)
-
Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow planning
-
Drive process improvements and support team training
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree
-
Finance experience is a plus, but not required
-
ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
-
Confident English (B2/C1)
-
Detail-oriented and precise mindset
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Able to work independently and in a team
