Tasks

Own and shape the global tech vision of Sales for Future

Translate mission, strategy and impact goals into scalable technical architecture

Design and lead the development of:

Digital platforms & MVPs

Data & intelligence layers

Automation, AI & system integrations

Make smart build-vs-buy decisions and keep tech lean, modular and future-proof

Build and lead a distributed tech team (developers, partners, external studios)

Work closely with the Founder, Strategy, Sales and Impact teams

Ensure security, reliability, scalability and long-term maintainability

Act as co-creator, not a service provider — tech is core to the vision
Requirements

Strong experience as CTO, Lead Architect, Tech Founder or Senior Engineering Leader

You think in systems, not just stacks

You can balance vision with execution

Startup / scale-up mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
