We are looking for an autonomous, communicative person with a team spirit and strong organizational skills to join our Technical Support team at our Iasi or Sousse offices.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Previous experience (minimum 1-2 years) using SAP (experience in providing SAP support, FI-CO, is a plus);

Good/advanced level of French and English (both written and spoken) and openness to communicating with native French speakers;

Responsiveness, autonomy, and a solution- and customer-oriented mindset, the ability to handle multiple tickets simultaneously, and strong prioritization skills.
Job Description

Provide technical support and consultancy (via email) to SAP users in the accounting and financial departments using a ticketing system;

Register incidents and document the identified solutions in the ticket management application;

Report application design issues.
