Sourcing Manager IT
As a聽Swedish鈥憇peaking Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing IT goods and services and shaping our indirect procurement landscape. Your main focus will be on IT Procurement, with opportunities to support other indirect categories such as People & Culture (P&C), Real Estate & Facility Management (REFM) and Consulting Services.
This is a strategic, international role where you collaborate closely with category managers and stakeholders across multiple countries. You influence how we buy IT products and services that support digitalization, innovation and sustainability within Vattenfall. The duration of this role will be for one year.

Your responsibilities
As a Sourcing Manager IT you will

Manage the end鈥憈o鈥慹nd sourcing process for IT products and services, aligned with Vattenfall鈥檚 sustainability, digital transformation and business goals.

Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into actionable sourcing strategies and build strong internal relationships.

Conduct market research, identify suitable suppliers and create competitive sourcing opportunities.

Lead RFQ/RFP processes, evaluate proposals and negotiate optimal pricing, terms and long鈥憈erm value.

Prepare and finalize contracts in cooperation with Legal, ensuring full compliance with Vattenfall standards.

Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools and ways of working.

Support long鈥憈erm supplier and category strategies in collaboration with category managers.
