Our team has two main focus areas. One is Business Intelligence with five Product Managers focusing on cost and value engineering services – as Cost and Value Engineer you will be part of this team. The second area is the Levelised Cost of Electricity (LCoE) program management consisting of five Program Managers. They focus on the implementation of technical and commercial solutions to improve the profitability of our development portfolio. You will work very closely with this group, and with colleagues from other departments, such as Market Development, Procurement and Project Delivery.

As a Cost and Value Engineer, you will take on a varied number of key responsibilities, depending on your level of experience. As we are a larger team with varied backgrounds, you should also apply if you have experience within only some of them. The key responsibilities are:

Support asset development projects by providing project-specific CAPEX and OPEX estimates throughout the entire development and procurement phases.

Develop and implement models and databases to advance our Business Intelligence strategy, optimize processes for data management and digitalization and contribute to improving our data maturity.

Develop renewable energy plant simulation tools to evaluate the impact of different project and portfolio initiatives, and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and supplier feedback to identify opportunities.

Finally, we expect you to participate in the development of the team and department strategy.
