In this role, you translate stakeholder needs into high‑quality datasets and analytics products. You take a central role in improving data architecture and ensuring high standards of data quality through your involvement in the Data Foundation Authority. You are part of a domain team consisting of Analytics Translators, Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists, supported by Data & ML Engineers from IT. You guide junior colleagues and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure our data solutions are adopted and used in daily decision‑making.
Your responsibilities

Model data in Snowflake and develop scalable data pipelines to improve time‑to‑market.

Build curated datasets, dashboards and analytical assets — including clear documentation and guidance for end‑users.

Contribute to continuous improvement of data architecture, platform patterns and quality standards (Snowflake/Azure).

Support and mentor junior team members in best practices and development.

Work with stakeholders across marketing, service and propositions to ensure data products drive value.
