What will you do?
In this role within Generation in BA Wind, you will play a crucial part in advancing our commitment to safe, reliable electrical work and electrical installations. By setting clear rules and frameworks, you provide the foundation for safe operation trough continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities include:

Secure compliance, setting rules and following up on training and competence for the personnel working with electrical systems.

Establishing formal arrangements for consultation and cooperation between nominated persons responsible for electrical installations where two or more 聽installations connects.

Regulating access to areas where people may be exposed to electrical hazards.

Delegating tasks thoughtfully while documenting responsibilities clearly to support accountability across teams

Adopting and implementing Wind Electrical Safety Rules in line with BA Wind policy, including developing routines and instructions for both normal operations and troubleshooting

Ensuring up-to-date records, risk assessments, warning markings, and emergency arrangements are maintained according to company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy
You will collaborate closely with site management, technical experts, contractors, and other nominated persons to ensure electrical safety during all work at sites. You will be playing an important role in securing the right training of technicians and assessing their competences before they start work. You will together with the sites and colleges from the other countries be organizing inspections at suitable intervals, and establishing preventive as well as corrective maintenance routines.
