We are looking for a聽hands-on聽professional with solid experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of聽data management聽best practices and regulatory requirements. This is a new role, and success requires curiosity,聽proactivity, and the ability to build and refine structures collaboratively.聽
You will聽drive the聽development of聽our future聽MarTech聽capabilities and ensure they support business needs, system requirements, and legal obligations. Acting as a bridge between business聽teams,聽our聽compliance聽organization聽and IT, you will translate requirements into clear processes and practical solutions. You will work with stakeholders across the Nordic region to ensure our聽MarTech聽capabilities are consistent, compliant and scalable.聽
Your responsibilities:

Define and collect聽business聽requirements for聽MarTech聽capabilities聽

Facilitate and own聽our聽Consent Management roadmap, ensuring end-to-end responsibility for the Consent Management solution and related processes

Train teams, support change initiatives, and embed best practices聽

Support聽our聽business teams in ensuring compliance with marketing law and聽translating聽regulatory changes into technical requirements, in collaboration with聽our聽compliance聽organization
