KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Define and monitor the quality roadmap to meet customer and company targets.
- Identify risks, prevent issues, and escalate obstacles when needed.
- Track project milestones and ensure quality cost control.
PROCESS COMPLIANCE
- Ensure consistent application of quality standards and critical characteristics.
- Support and challenge the project team to meet quality expectations.
DESIGN AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Integrate new product and process elements into risk analysis and validation.
- Manage changes after design finalization and ensure customer awareness and approval.
- Update documentation and participate in design reviews.
SUPPLIER SUPPORT
- Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, and quality teams.
- Ensure timely customer approval of initial samples.
- Maintain consistency across quality processes and documentation.
- Track and manage issues using structured problem-solving methods.
- University degree in an engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of quality methods and tools
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Professional working proficiency in English
