About the Role
Hardal is an all-in-one server-side and first-party measurement environment platform. You will have the opportunity to work on Hardal and contribute to the explosive growth of our company.
As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building our inbound growth engine from scratch and scaling our B2B revenue to new heights.
Tasks

Build and scale inbound marketing funnels that generate consistent pipeline and drive $500K+ ARR

Own the full growth strategy across paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization

Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and manage processes end-to-end without waiting for perfect conditions

Design landing pages and marketing assets using Figma to test and iterate on messaging and positioning

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)

Create compelling content that resonates with martech audiences and drives qualified inbound leads

Analyze growth metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates

Navigate the martech ecosystem and position Hardal strategically against competitors
Requirements

Proven track record building inbound funnels that generated $500K+ ARR in B2B products

Deep understanding of the martech landscape, buyer personas, and growth channels

Strong proficiency in HTML and JavaScript with advanced design capabilities in Figma

Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and budget management

Basic-to-intermediate Figma skills for rapid prototyping and design collaboration

Strong content creation abilities (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns)

Process leadership mentality — you drive things forward and don't wait to be told what to do

Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) — you'll be communicating with global audiences
