We are looking for a **structured and technically-oriented Project Manager **to join our global Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team. In this role, you will lead and support digital projects related to website architecture, marketing automations, and database systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives that support our business. This is a hands-on role that blends project management with a strong understanding of technical infrastructure in a marketing context.
NOTE: This is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
**In this role, you will: **

Lead and manage digital projects related to websites, marketing automation, and databases within the MarCom operations scope

Define and maintain project scope, timelines, resource plans, and technical infrastructure documentation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., developers, IT, sales, and customer support) and external vendors to define requirements and deliver solutions

Ensure project milestones are met and that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with marketing goals

Support the development and execution of global marketing and communication initiatives

Identify process improvements and contribute to the team operations.

Grow knowledge of technical marketing & communications best practices and trends
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree required in Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing digital projects (e.g., websites, automations, CRM/databases)

Strong organizational and execution skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets

Solid understanding of digital marketing systems, information architecture, and content management platforms

Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web infrastructure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners

A proactive, problem-solving approach and a positive, team-oriented attitude
