  • Support ongoing HR data maintenance activities across core HR data domains.
  • Log, track, and escalate data issues arising from EIB or data loads.

HR Reporting & Dashboards

  • Create, maintain, and refresh standard HR reports and dashboards using defined templates and agreed data definitions.
  • Run scheduled and ad‑hoc HR reports to support operational and business needs.
  • Support HR stakeholders with basic report interpretation and usage guidance.

Data Purging & Compliance Support

  • Support data purging activities in Workday and downstream systems in line with data retention policies, legal requirements, and approved governance processes.
  • Ensure data purging is executed accurately, securely, and with appropriate approvals and documentation.

Supervisory Organization Management

  • Create, maintain, and delete Supervisory Organizations in Workday based on approved HR and governance requests.
  • Ensure supervisory organization changes follow defined approval workflows, data standards, and operating model rules.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for EIB processes, reports, and BAU activities.
  • Contribute to user guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles to support HR self‑service.
  • Share learnings, issues, and improvement ideas within the Data & Reporting team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 1–5 years of experience working with HR systems, data, or reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience or strong exposure to Workday, including reporting and/or EIB.
  • Experience creating or maintaining reports and working with structured data.
  • Basic understanding of data quality and data governance concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive BAU tasks while maintaining quality.
