Contribute towards research projects on ethical issues related to biomedical ethics.

Supervise PhD students in their research work.

Strengthen empirical research in bioethics.

Work towards publications on biomedical ethics/ethics and human rights.

Engage in the academic life at the IBMB, including small-scale contributions to teaching, seeking funding opportunities as well as organizational work of the Institute.
Your profile

A doctoral degree (PhD) in Bioethics, Philosophy, Law, Health Sciences, Social Sciences or other related fields.

Experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.

Ability to write scholarly manuscripts in English.

Enthusiasm, independence, responsibility, and an interest in an academic career.

Criteria of excellence (honors, awards, excellent grades indicating that you are among the best 10% of your institutions’ researchers/students at your level)
