This role is ideal for an HR聽professional聽with a strong generalist background聽who thrives in a dynamic聽international聽environment聽and聽enjoys combining聽operational responsibilities and strategic initiatives.聽聽Prior experience in an international聽and聽multicultural聽setting is essential.聽Reporting to the Head of HR, you will act as a聽trusted聽sparring partner for managers and teams across multiple countries, supporting them in day-to-day HR matters while also driving HR projects and initiatives aligned with regional needs and the Group strategy.聽The role requires close collaboration with international teams and stakeholders across different regions.聽

Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for managers on HR-related topics, supporting them in people management, organizational topics, and employee-related matters.聽

Supporting in聽day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and engagement.聽

Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor laws in all processes, documentation, and procedures.聽

Liaise with聽Country聽HR shared-service teams in various countries to聽align on聽processes and support the implementation of global and regional HR strategies聽

Lead and support the execution of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively implemented and aligned with business needs.聽
