An established Accounting and Audit firm in Nicosia are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities: Assess priorities of the Firm Follow up outstanding issues Liaise office affairs with clients Support the administration of the Office Filing and Scanning Point person for Office maintenance, supplies, bills and payments Submitting documents to various government departments such as Registrar of Companies Assisting accountants of the firm and the Director Assisting Clients with inquiries Provide support to visitors Requirements Minimum 3 years relevant experience University/College degree Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Excellent command of English and Greek language Any other language will be considered an advantage Excellent organizational and administration skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent problem-solving skills Discretion and confidentiality Previous experience in accounting, auditing or legal firms is desirable Team-working skills Benefits Remuneration package: EUR 13,000 – 18,000 Year-end bonus Friday afternoons off New offices and pleasant working environment
