An established Fintech company offering payment solutions is looking for an Operations Coordinator for their new office in Limassol, Cyprus. Location: Limassol, Cyprus Salary range: EUR 30,000 – 35,000 Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate a wide range of operational tasks across the Fintech, including; Assist clients via live chat and emails regarding payment and system queries. Liaise between payments team and clients to request payment-related information and documents. Supporting the customer during onboarding phase to ensure a smooth process. Perform diverse data entry tasks and generate comprehensive reports. Act as backup for processing manual payments and troubleshooting payment issues. Support with organising small client events and promoting the brand. Undertake ad-hoc tasks and contribute to creating documentation and agreements. Bringing ideas and suggestions to improve processes. Requirements Experience of Fintech operations, ie from an EMI or Payment Institution. Experience of dealing with B2B customers, rather then retail customers. Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) processes. Experience of using any of: Intercom / Jira / SumSub. Proven experience in client communication via chat and email. Ability to adjust and adapt swiftly to varied tasks and responsibilities.
