An established technology provider to the global financial services industry, is looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager for its Limassol offices. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Commercial Director. Duties & Responsibilities: Meet monthly budget and revenue targets. Continuously research the market to identify new business opportunities. Conduct competition analysis for both Cyprus and international markets. Develop a deep understanding of the product, business development practices, marketing activities, and industry trends. Prepare business proposals for both new and existing clients. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor and improve client retention. Participate in negotiating terms and closing deals. Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, internal policies, and legal obligations. Attend face-to-face client meetings and deliver presentations as needed. Efficiently manage customer calls and appointments. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a reputable university. Proficiency in English and Greek, both spoken and written. Excellent communication skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Superior organizational and time management skills. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. Dynamic and results-oriented mindset. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Prior experience in the Fintech industry is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
