This will be your future job

Review and approve environmental documentation from contractors using ISO 14001 standards

Monitor and audit contractor compliance with sustainability guidelines and offshore regulations

Support project teams in implementing environmental management systems such as EMAS
-
Coordinate with consenting teams to ensure site regulatory compliance during operations

Manage, report, and investigate environmental incidents using incident management tools like Enablon
-
Engage with authorities for permitting, reporting, and compliance updates
-
Develop and execute environmental drills following OSPAR protocols for offshore activities
-
Deliver toolbox talks on key environmental topics via platforms like MS Teams or SafetyHub

Provide input to contracting processes regarding environmental due diligence requirements

What you bring to the table
-
Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or similar
-
Relevant experience in renewable energy construction and/or operations - wind technology is an advantage
-
Familiarity with environmental management systems

Knowledge of German environmental legislation, permitting and consenting regimes

Fluent in German (spoken and written) and professional English
-
Willingness to travel to sites in Germany regularly and occasional travel within Europe

Willingness to work 32 hours a week (4 Days)
