Your responsibilities

  • Assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic hardware including PCBAs, harnesses, enclosures, and system-level components
  • Performing device assembly and full rack/system integration based on technical documentation
  • Executing rework and prototyping tasks such as soldering, wire jumps, trace cuts and component replacements
  • Maintaining hardware and inventory databases, ensuring complete configuration traceability
  • Supporting quality inspections and contributing to root‑cause investigations
  • Ensuring ESD‑compliant handling and adherence to safety regulations
  • Working in accordance with IPC standards (e.g. IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑7711/7721)

Your profile

  • Technical degree/apprenticeship in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics; a degree in Electronics Engineering or IPC certifications are an advantage
  • Experience in electronics assembly, integration, testing, repair and hardware modification, ideally within aerospace, defence, or other high‑reliability industries
  • Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, power supply)
  • Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and assembly drawings, and build complete systems from documentation
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and willingness to continuously develop new competencies
  • Team‑oriented working style paired with excellent communication skills
  • Strong command of English; German skills are a plus

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is 47.600 EUR. We offer above-average pay as is typical for the market, according to your training, professional qualifications and experience.
