Manage the production subsidiaries establishing policies and procedures to get the company objectives. The purpose is the best efficiency in extraction, supply to plants, stock control and standard cost management in a sustainable environment, paying attention to communication inside and outside the company
FUNCTIONS
Manage the team to follow policies and procedures to get the goals and objectives. Selection and retention, communication, development, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations. planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions. Promote and publicize the company sustainability strategy.
Direct Mining Cost in €/Tm. Reach the expected cost according to the budget.
Indirect Mining Cost in €/Tm. Reach the expected cost according to the budget.
Mining Stock control. Match SAP stock levels with topographic quarterly topographic surveys.
Assure plants production level according to Budget. Reach the expected level according to the budget.
Get budget figures in variable cost: LABOR. Reach the expected labor cost according to the budget (direct + indirect, all conversion cost) in € per ton.
Get budget figures in variable cost: ENERGY. Reach the expected energy cost according to the budget (direct + indirect, all conversion cost) in € per ton.
Get budget figures in variable cost: MAINTENANCE. Reach the expected maintenance cost according to the budget (direct + indirect, all conversion cost) in € per ton.
Get budget figures in variable cost: OTHER FIXED COST. Reach the expected OFC according to the budget, net in euros.
Stocks controls: Get to 0 level conciliation.
DIMENSION - A(>10Y), B(5-10Y), C(2-5Y), D(0-2Y)
General Education / Technical Skills: Engineer or BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
Professional experience: Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position. Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management, strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.
Personal Competences: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
Languages: English, French. A third is a plus.
