FUNCTIONS
Planner Forecast Analyse market assumptions and best statistical model for providing the best sales forecast proposal. Assign bestFit model in SAP. History cleansing. Support in coordination of new launching. Amend statistical and manual forecast based on external and internal factors. Demand control. Deviation Analysis. Improve demand planning process within the company. Adding new procedures that gives value to the company and get improvements in service level KPi. Facilitate planning forecast calls & meetings and update forecast as necessary. Improve accuracy KPIs. KPI Forecast accuracy to make sure that proper corrections are performed and there is no product consistently under or over forecasted. Following up products with low performance. Provide info needed by CBM in terms of procurement and planning issues. Issue the required reports and statistical information to the superiors in due time and whenever required. Carry out administrative operations relating to the international movement of goods, in compliance with the regulations in force. Write the documents relating to the nature of the goods, their customs declaration, and their insurance. Manage complaints and possible damages related to the transport of goods Check the documentation, various forms and certificates required. Track the delivery of goods and customer information. Serve as an interface between handling and l and meet the needs of the ship

Distribute and coordinate with the team the orders and management of transport, transit, logistic and deliveries to customers. Daily monitoring of transport management and fulfillment of loads / deliveries, marked price guidelines, ... Coordination with factory, planning and purchasing and sales teams. Customer claims management.

Support Operational Requirements. Procurement of products and Services. Create purchase orders in SAP based on MRP demand. Control the fulfillment of shipments costs. Control of orders in transit. Purchase of assigned B and C products. Select local suppliers, negotiate prices and conditions. Participate in projects to improve/automate local processes or tasks.

A/B/C/D:
General Education / Technical Skills: Bachelor鈥檚 degree in business, supply chain, engineering. Economic decision-making knowledge or/and Knowledge of sales and procurement/logistic/customer processes. Knowledge of Supply Chain global routes and markets.
Professional experience: Transport and supply Chain professional experience of at least 3 years. Negotiation skills. Chartering and marine freight negotiation preferable. Have a great knowledge of Freight.
