The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling operational finance activities within an assigned scope, supporting management decision-making and performance management.

Operating in a complex, international environment, the Finance Partner applies Tietoevry-defined finance processes, tools, and governance models, while continuously improving ways of working and strengthening Finance’s value contribution to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate operational finance activities within the assigned Tech Consulting area.

  • Define and execute FC&A plans, objectives, and forecasts in line with business goals.

  • Monitor financial performance against targets and proactively communicate insights, deviations, and improvement opportunities to business management.

  • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders, supporting profitability, investments, and operational decision-making.

  • Apply and support the implementation of Tietoevry finance tools, methods, and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.

  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and ways of working, incorporating relevant market best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance colleagues and cross-functional partners across the organization.

  • Contribute finance expertise to cross-organizational initiatives when required.

  • Strong overall finance competence, with advanced expertise in areas such as controlling, forecasting, and performance management.

  • Experience from publicly listed companies and compliance-driven environments is an advantage.

  • Experience working in international, multicultural organizations is preferred.

  • Proven ability to influence decisions through financial expertise, data, and professional credibility.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve existing processes and ways of working.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset.
