Delivery Manager Tieto Indtech (m/f/d) – DACH

Within our Pulp, Paper & Fibre Industry unit, we are searching for an experienced Delivery Manager to take over a long-standing customer portfolio and lead it into its next phase of growth.
As a Delivery Manager, you navigate a diverse portfolio of deliveries, covering continuous services, projects, and subcontracted work. You ensure that our customers experience Tieto as a predictable, proactive, and value-adding partner.
Your key responsibilities include:
Full accountability for scope, quality, cost, and timelines across all deliveries
Managing complex delivery ecosystems with internal teams and external subcontractors
Acting as the primary delivery interface for customers and senior stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with Tieto delivery governance and quality frameworks
Securing internal delivery commitments across the organization
Supporting pre-sales activities and reviewing commercial proposals
Identifying new business opportunities within ongoing engagements
Coaching project managers and service owners in your portfolio
Your profile
You combine delivery discipline with strong customer orientation.
You bring: 10+ years of experience in Delivery/Program/Project Management in an international environment
Proven ability to manage long-term customer relationships and continuous services
Knowledge of industrial IT, ERP/MES, or enterprise software environments
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Good financial understanding (profitability, cost control)
Excellent German and English communication skills
