Scrum Master, Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of facilitating Agile practices and driving team performance, with in-depth knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant-leader and coach for two to three Agile teams, guiding them to improve Agile maturity and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
• Support and mentor team members and Product Owners in Agile principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers and other Scrum Masters within the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment and integration across teams.
• Help teams follow SAFe practices and ensure effective coordination within the Program Increment (PI) planning process.
• Promote Agile values and a culture of transparency, accountability, and quality.
• Monitor team performance metrics and use data to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• SAFe knowledge or certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master [SSM], SAFe Advanced Scrum Master [SASM]) preferred.
• Proven experience supporting Agile teams in a scaled environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and lean principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent
