As a Customer Service Agent (gn), you are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships. You already have experience in customer service and are excited to help drive the brands ESN & More Nutrition forward.

Your mission

• You handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and products
• You manage orders, returns, and refunds in the system
• You maintain and update customer data
• You process complaints and special cases
• You ensure a high quality standard in customer service and customer retention

 

Your experience & skills

• You have professional experience in customer support, retail, or a social field
• You work in a structured and independent manner and are tech-savvy
• You have a quick grasp of new topics and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are empathetic, patient, and handle challenging customer situations professionally
• You are confident using digital tools such as MS Office
• You have strong communication skills in German; English is a plus
