As Team Leader, you will lead the commercial engine of one of TP’s most strategic new programs. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets.

Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance.

Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers.

Collaborating with Airbnb’s Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.

Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up.

Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
Requirements

English level: Proficient (C1)

Preferred secondary language: Italian, Spanish, or French

Additional languages are a plus

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Good people skills

Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills

A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills

Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus
