Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion, and pipeline growth.

Document customer interactions clearly to ensure transparency across stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English.

Experience in outbound sales, B2B, or business development, ideally in IT.

Basic knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform.

Strong business acumen and ability to connect needs with solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.

Comfortable working with quotas in a phone-based environment.

Solid IT skills to navigate digital tools efficiently.

At least one year of IT outbound sales experience.

Proven success in cold calling and managing large account portfolios.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Ability to identify key decision makers and stakeholders.
