As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this strategic project. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the operational team through pilot, training, and go-live phases.

Driving performance, KPIs, pipeline management, and quality standards.

Coordinating TP Global PMO, and leadership teams.
-
Implementing processes, reporting systems (Salesforce, Gong), and compliance frameworks.

Preparing the project for scale with repeatable best practices.
Requirements
-
Currently holds a Cluster Manager position or minimum 2 years of experience as Team Sales Manager

Proven historical data of leading high performing teams

University degree
-
C1 to C2 level of verbal and written English

Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated people motivation and development skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing

Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment

Experience in working in multilingual environments is a plus
