You will become a specialist advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns in the DACH region with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business, working alongside companies with high potential, possible future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible.

Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products.

Be responsible for your own client portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met.

Target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets.

Understand the customer's requirements and objectives, and match Product solutions and marketing strategies.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Language Skills: C2 level of German and English

2 Years Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.

Strong ability to close deals with warm SMB leads by aligning solutions with marketing and business goals.

Demonstrated capacity to work independently and consistently deliver results.

CRM Experience: strong experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM tools for growth.
