The Account Executive role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses using the company’s advertising solutions. The position combines proactive outbound prospecting with converting qualified leads, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect high‑potential SMB accounts through cold calls, emails, and outreach, alongside leads from the BDR team.

Manage the complete sales process: initial pitch, strategy presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Develop tailored advertising strategies using formats such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads.

Build long-term client relationships and drive consistent revenue growth.

Understand clients’ goals and challenges, turning insights into compelling value propositions.

Hold regular performance reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and remove barriers to investment.

Keep Salesforce updated with activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Collaborate with the BDR team to improve lead quality and alignment.
Requirements

C2 level in Polish and C1 English.

Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management preferred.

Proven ability to self‑prospect, build pipeline, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.

Experience with outbound prospecting and managing an existing client portfolio.

Strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze customer data.

Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Pinterest, Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
