Experience with incident analysis or production bug triage

Experience decomposing unclear requirements and clarifying acceptance criteria

Experience leading distributed QA teams across multiple domains or services

Collaboration experience with analysts and technical writers to maintain up-to-date documentation

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software testing, including 1–2 years in a QA lead or senior role

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices

Experience managing QA teams and mentoring manual testers
-
Ability to plan and execute test strategies for complex systems

Experience working with products built on microservice or distributed architectures
-
Good communication skills; able to work with developers, PMs, designers, and other stakeholders
-
Intermediate or higher level of English (B1+)
