About the role: While affiliates, media platforms, and content partnerships remain part of the role, the primary emphasis is on building and scaling influencer-driven campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
This role is focused on player acquisition, brand growth, and scalable partnership strategies, working closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
Requirements

iGaming experience is mandatory

Strong background in B2C acquisition / performance marketing

Experience with affiliate programs and tracking tools

Responsibilities:

Build and manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, streamers, and media platforms

Launch and optimize performance-driven campaigns (CPA, ROI, traffic quality)

Execute co-marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, tournaments, content integrations)

Analyze performance and optimize based on data (conversion, retention, ROI)

Identify new partnership opportunities and market trends

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong campaign execution
