Lead and develop the Business Analysis team (workload management, mentoring, feedback, participation in designing the performance evaluation and metrics system).

Conduct analysis for key initiatives: requirements elicitation and clarification, specification preparation, requirements management, and supporting the development team throughout the full SDLC.

Ensure the quality of BA team requirements before handoff to development.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads.

Participate in impact analysis of changes on system architecture and in designing integrations with internal and external systems (API design).

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.

Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability; define and improve processes for requirements development and management.

Evaluate business impact and risks of proposed solutions.

Contribute to the development of the business analysis methodology (templates, standards, processes).
