Requirements

Higher legal education

At least 2 years of experience in iGaming industry

Experience drafting agreements is highly preferred

Fluent English and Russian

Responsibilities:

Provide legal support for the Company’s ongoing and new iGaming projects, ensuring legal security of new initiatives;

Advise management and internal teams on legal and regulatory matters and support business development from a legal perspective;

Draft, review, and amend contracts with clients and third-party service providers;

Monitor gambling regulations and industry developments across key gaming jurisdictions;

Ensure and monitor the Company’s compliance with licensing, regulatory, AML/KYC, and responsible gambling requirements in licensed markets;

Assist in developing and updating internal legal policies and procedures;
White Label Projects:

Support legal aspects and legal strategy development for White Label iGaming setups;

Assist in assessing White Label partnership models and related regulatory implications and risks;

Draft, review, and negotiate White Label agreements and related documentation;

Coordinate partner onboarding from a legal and compliance perspective;

Ensure White Label solutions comply with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements
