Manage and oversee negotiations, commercial terms, and contractual agreements with partners

Coordinate the full partnership lifecycle, from onboarding and integrations to ongoing performance management

Act as the main escalation point for partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues

Align partner-related activities with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Integrations, Technical, Account Management, Marketing, and Sales

Ensure partner requests and internal deliverables are executed accurately and within agreed timelines

Support and guide team members, set priorities, and maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced environment

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or senior position in partner and supplier management.

iGaming experience is essential.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, responsibility, initiative, and the ability to lead by example.

Ability to professionally represent the company to partners, maintaining a constructive and respectful tone in all situations.

Proven ability to manage the full partnership cycle, from contract negotiations to integration coordination and deal closing.

Confident negotiator with a proactive approach and a willingness to offer innovative solutions when beneficial.

Ability to conduct open discussions and clearly communicate the company's position.

Experience working closely with legal, finance, and commercial departments.

Fluent English is essential and knowledge Belarusian/Ukrainian/Russian.
