About the Role:
The Finance & HR Operations Coordinator supports financial and HR operations with a focus on data accuracy, payroll processes, and reporting. The role combines financial analysis, payroll support, data management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and HR teams. This position suits a detail-oriented specialist who enjoys working with numbers, structured processes, and large datasets.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in Finance (iGaming is a must)

Experience with financial reporting and payroll processes

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)

Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial metrics

Attention to detail and accuracy

Understanding of compensation structures

Experience working in international teams is a plus

Process, verify, and structure financial and HR data
