About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to independently manage Tier 1 merchants within the payments direction.
This role combines onboarding, operational coordination, client management, and partnership development. The ideal candidate understands payment infrastructure and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders and complex cases.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in Payments / Fintech / PSP / iGaming

Experience managing clients independently

Deep understanding of payment infrastructure

Experience handling high client load

Experience with SLA and escalation processes

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Experience with Jira / Redmine / Confluence

Russian - native, English - B2+

Key Responsibilities

Manage merchant onboarding and activation process

Prepare commercial offers tailored to client needs

Coordinate contract signing and provider connection

Lead integration communication between client and provider

Independently manage Tier 1 clients

Monitor SLA, ticket statuses, and escalations

Identify cross-sell opportunities (new GEOs, payment methods, providers)

Conduct regular client check-ins

Maintain documentation and internal reporting

Represent client interests internally and company interests externally
