We are looking for a聽Senior Business Analyst聽to join a technology team in an international banking environment, working on data and client-related solutions.
This role sits close to the engineering team and focuses on聽translating complex business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications, supporting delivery, and managing dependencies across systems and teams.
The position operates in a聽distributed international setup (mainly Poland-based teams)聽and is evolving towards an聽AI-enabled delivery model, where automation and AI tools are used to improve efficiency and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Support聽end-to-end delivery, including requirement definition, refinement, and validation.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
