Overview
Our client, a leading international organization in the financial services sector, is currently undergoing a major digital transformation and is looking for a Camunda 8 Developer to join a newly established workflow orchestration team.
You will contribute to the development and scaling of a strategic workflow platform, initially launched as a Proof of Concept and now evolving into a full product used across multiple business domains.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain workflow-based applications using Camunda 8

Implement and manage BPMN processes aligned with business requirements

Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs

Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions

Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews

Develop and execute automated tests (JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, etc.)

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver appropriate solutions

Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum) and contribute to backlog refinement

Produce technical documentation and present new features or solutions

Support and mentor junior team members

Work closely with cross-functional and partner technology teams
