Drive business growth within manufacturing sector accounts by building strategic client relationships and leading digital transformation opportunities (cloud, AI, SAP, outsourcing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute account strategies and account plans for key industrial clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (hunter profile) within the manufacturing sector
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle (opportunity → proposal → negotiation → closure)
- Coordinate internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, bid management) to shape solutions
- Prepare and present commercial proposals to clients
- Track and manage sales KPIs (pipeline, revenue, margin, growth)
- Use CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
- Manufacturing Focus
- Understanding of industrial environments:
- Production processes
- Supply chain & logistics
- Industrial IoT / smart factories
- Ability to sell solutions such as:
- Cloud & Soveraignity
- Industrial AI Cloud
- Data & Agentic AI for operations
- Industry 4.0 transformation
