Purpose of the Role

Be a support for Non-Seeds team (Chemicals and Packaging component) to supply the European Syngenta sites and tollers.

Manage operation execution with suppliers and plants to secure the plan of treat and pack in the sites.
Accountabilities

Manage operational activities to supply the Non-Seeds material in the right quantity in a right time to the EU sites.

Create Purchase Order to support the supply plan from supplier to production plant

Coordinate the Non-Conformity for the Non-Seeds department.

In charge of building a process to be able to track the age of the chemical inventory for all EU sites and to inform about the FEFO management t (First Expired First Out).

Point of contact for Non-Seeds topic for the EU sites.

Establish excellent working relationships with key players in the plants and in the EAME Production & Supply group.

Ensure responsive and accurate communication flows with the external and internal stakeholders.

Identify and solve short term issues in non-seed supply to preserve promised customer delivery dates as far as possible.
