Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities

Manage and process site and participant payments in compliance with Clinical Trial Agreements, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Accurately record payment transactions in electronic systems.

Create Purchase Orders (POs) based on contract values and coordinate with relevant teams.

Set up new suppliers for clinical trial site staff.
-
Monitor payment status, resolve issues proactively, and report discrepancies.

Develop and optimize site payment processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate with Budget & Contract Specialists, Trial Managers, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth payment processes.

Handle financial correspondence with site payment contacts and site staff.

Communicate payment status and resolve inquiries from sites and clinical teams.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for site payment processes.

Ensure payment activities comply with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.

Deliver tasks independently and proactively, maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, science, or related field.

1–3 years in clinical studies, pharma/biotech, or financial operations (preferably global)

Demonstrated experience with Clinical trial payment handling and investigator contract knowledge will be highly preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to ensure payment activities meet ICH-GCP, regulatory standards, and company policies.

Proficiency with electronic payment systems and digital tools.
