**Your Role **

Welcome visitors (clients, suppliers…) and respond to general information inquiries in a professional manner

Manage meeting rooms: handle internal and external bookings, prepare rooms, and serve soft drinks

Assist with the organization of internal events and business lunches, including catering orders, on‑site support, and post‑event cleanup

Provide support to the Office Management team regarding management of incoming and outgoing mails and various tasks (internal fruit distribution, preparation of coffee machines and coffee corners, etc)
Your Profile

Enrolled in an apprenticeship program as "Agent administratif et commercial"
-
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French. German would be an asset
-
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel without formula knowledge)

"Can-do" attitude, ability to apply procedures and deliver on time

Positive, welcoming, and service‑minded attitude

Reliable, punctual, and respectful of confidential information

Good presentation and interpersonal skills, representing the company at the front desk
