Your role
As our
Performance Marketing Manager for TikTok, you will build our TikTok presence from the ground up and lead our new customer acquisition efforts on the world’s fastest-growing entertainment platform. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of our international TikTok strategy and budget, working in close partnership with the Head of Performance & Growth.
- Execute and optimize the full-funnel TikTok strategy, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA
- Manage and deploy a sizable TikTok budget across multiple markets, making data-driven decisions to scale spend effectively and hit ambitious growth targets
- Manage a complex account architecture, mastering a structure of campaign types like Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, and Shopping Ads, as well as leveraging features like TikTok Shop and specialized bidding strategies
- Own a rigorous, high-velocity testing framework for video creatives and actively analyze performance focusing on native "TikTok-first" elements such as hooks, trending sounds, transitions, and CTAs, using TikTok’s "Creative Center" insights as a guide for excellence
- Act as the single point of contact for TikTok creative, translating performance data into actionable briefs to fuel our asset pipeline and maintain a well-structured feedback loop
- Dive deep into performance data to understand trends, identify actionable insights, and report on performance, including attribution challenges to leadership
Your profile
- 2 - 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok Ads; experience with the TikTok Ads Manager is essential
- Deep, hands-on expertise in the full suite of TikTok ad formats and a strong understanding of how to balance "brand-formance" within a full-funnel strategy
- A proven track record of managing and scaling 6-7 digit budgets across multiple markets
- A highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with a passion for turning native, fast-paced creative assets into measurable ROI
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools like GA4, Tableau, Clarisights, or Northbeam/TripleWhale
- Experience with measurement features such as TikTok Brand Lift Studies, Post-Purchase Surveys, and incrementality testing to navigate the complexities of social commerce attribution
- A genuine passion for the TikTok ecosystem, staying ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and new ad features
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another major European language, such as German, French, or Polish, is a strong plus
