Traveler Service Support Specialist
Main responsibilities:
· OBT’s, offline tools and automation processes implementation – participation in global or local projects (support, tests, trainings)
· Cooperation with Sales, Program Management and Traveler Services Departments in scope of function and use of online & offline tools
· Participation in leading training for internal and external customers using online & offline tools – cooperation with EE Zone
· Cooperation with Technical Service Center in scope of administrating and managing online tools (i.e. creating new users, controlling users, accounts and taking care of information correctness)
· Verification of changes made in online tools and current information about internal and external customers changes
· Customer profile administration in GDS & DDB base
· Good knowledge of CWT applications, ****
· Familiarity with GDS Sabre or Amadeus,
· Good English, oral and written,
· MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) knowledge,
· Online Booking Tools Setup & administration knowledge will be an asset,
· Internal and external training experience as a plus,
· Avaya & Moxie usage knowledge will be an asset,
· Responsibility, availability.
