Main Responsibilities

Management of CWT operations (Traveller Services) recruitment assignments EMEA
-
Implement the best candidate sourcing data driven strategy
-
Drive the candidate selection process and behavior-based interview guides in order to efficiently assess the applications
-
Select candidates and present qualified candidates to the hiring managers
-
Follow up and coordinate the recruitment assignments until the final decision is made with a consultative approach giving insights to the managers

Develop an efficient pipeline strategy for current and future needs

Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates

Manage candidate database

Collaborate with hiring managers: process improvement, best practices identification and deployment

Develop strategic relationships with local universities, job fairs and any appropriate channel to source candidates

Fluent English (French, German, Spanish or Italian would be a big plus)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Prior experience in High Volume recruitment for customer service roles

Ability to manage priorities and work towards tough deadlines
