For the our UEFA explant, based in our Headquarters in Nyon, we are
looking for a SUPERVISOR BUSINESS TRAVEL whose role will be to assist the Area
Manager in his tasks and responsibilities of managing the teams (recruitment,
workload allocation, objectives setting, performance analysis…).
Management**

You help to build a strong motivated team with sharp ability for change
management. You are able to maintain and develop the customer relations and
possess a strong feedback culture.
You report any financial risks or quality standard problems. You plan
operations and resources in advance, and with flexibility in mind and assume
the daily operations and punctual problems.
You constantly develop and motivate the different teams in your branch.
You identify the strengths and new potential of each team member and are
capable to show example.
You develop autonomy and pro-activeness for yourself and the team. You
report regularly with structures and propose smart options.
You have an affinity with numbers, an ability to propose solutions and
are able to take leadership on projects.
You relay to the teams all necessary information for daily operations
related to customer (structure changes, travel policy updates), to suppliers
(special offers, change of regulation) or to internal procedures.
You are responsible for a good co-ordination between the branch and the
Headquarters departments.
You build CWT’s commercial value
You remain current on value we provide to each customer, adapt and
change as requirements of the business change.
You strengthen the CWT brand and represent the CWT brand in how you
work on a day-to-day basis.
You embrace new technologies and ways of working that promote
flexibility to adjust quickly to the shifting needs of the business.
You build loyalty to CWT by ensuring consistency with the service
delivery we offer around the globe, in a way that respects the unique travel
policy of the client and in your interactions you make each traveler/travel
arranger feel special.

Experience: at least 5 years in the travel industry
in a similar position with a proven ability for Leadership and provide high
client services standard.

Strong ability for sales and negotiation
competencies.

Project Management competencies.

Proven capability to identify area for new
processes and capability to implement it.

Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel,
Powerpoint and Galileo.

Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
