The Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation and identifying new prospects, to client meetings, negotiation and closing the deal with the aim and focus to win new customers in Italy.
Responsibilities will include

improve the relationship with the prospects on the market in order to increase the business CWT portfolio

showcase CWT services and products to the prospects

carry out dedicated projects for the prospects

manage the deals in terms of the project and economic proposal

you will be in charge of managing directly the negotiations with the prospect through the project offer and economic proposal
-
work closely with the Head of Sales and Finance departments for the offer/economic proposal

work with the Program Management and Traveler Services departments on the implementation process for new acquisitions

you will collaborate directly on the market to improve business opportunities

The successful candidate will be educated to degree standard, preferably in economics or equivalent in work experience. You will have significant experience in business development sales, including prospecting of new clients and have a proven track record in successful conversion.
You will have experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles ideally gained from working in large International companies. Exceptional communication skills are essential so fluency in English both verbally and written is a must.
Finally, you will be proficient in using MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint and you will also be able to travel for business locally as well as Internationally.
